Adding new fields in Summary document

Summary document contains package id, signer name and email id. Please let me know if there is option to add other application specific fields in Summary document like Company name, Order id..etc.?

Hi izzur, Just a quick question, which report you mean by "Summary Document"? The "Evidence Summary" for every package or "Completion Report" for a period of time with a sender? Duo

This is “Evidence Summary” which contains evidence of all activity including 'View','Capture Signature','Confirm' and 'Download'.This document also contains creation time stamp,completion timestamp and ip address.

Hi izzur, If you #1. build the signing link by Authentication Token #2.want to store some information in the Evidence Summary you can use "Session Field" Feature, guide here. Once your signer logged onto Signing Ceremony using the Authentication Token which carries Session Fields, it will be recorded in Audit Trail. The attachment is a screenshot of the Evidence Summary.
