Hi there, You can use senderAuthToken and build belowing link instead:
https://sandbox.esignlive.com/auth?authenticationToken={senderToken}&target=https://sandbox.esignlive.com/a/transaction/{packageId}
Which allows you to see all the details of the package and to review documents by clicking the "Preview" button as the attachment shows. Hope this could help! Duo

This is opening with ADMIN access. we want to implement it for End user. So that he would be able to check it at anytime. but don't have any admin access on Onespan.

Hi there, A quick question, what informations you need to render this popup page? The package related info like signing status/ package name/signer info or the review of the document? Duo

We have set a number of member in Admin/Sender. Sometime Sender is also a Signer. in this case Sender is not receiving any email notification. He is suppose to login on onespan and do all doc signed. We want to generate url that opened in popup and show all sender doc to be signed. below URL is opening admin login not the exact sender.. https://sandbox.esignlive.com/auth?authenticationToken={senderToken}&target=https://sandbox.esignlive.com/a/transaction/{packageId}
