Steps: 1. We are setting Sender for package and document has owner tag. So Sender has to sign first doc. 2. Creating package with Sender detail and adding signer / documents. 3. and then opening a popup in design mode. sender has to review it in popup window and then he will click send button. 4.Here, Sender has to sign as well but once sender click send it is showing transaction created. but not asking owner to sign. 5. After clicking send button .. we want it should ask sender to sign same time. right now it asked if we select self but not happing if we are opening it in design mode.

Hi there, Yes, it's true that the popup dialog asking the owner to start signing only appears in the web portal, but not in designer mode. Therefore, what you can do with the designer mode is: #1. you can remove the "send button" from the designer mode #2. instead, you can use a button outside the iFrame yourself. This button will first send the package then since you take back the control of the process, you can pop up a dialog and jump the iFrame page to sender's signing ceremony. Hope this could help! Duo

Hi there, You can achieve this by sending an email to our support team([email protected]), it's in your account setting and not exposed by API/SDK. Duo

Hi Is it possible to keep "Send button" only if package is in Draft status. It should not have send button if it is in Decline/opt out status. Thanks,

Hi there, Unfortunatelly, there's no configuration allowing showing/disappearing send button depending on package status. But you do can achieve this by your own logic. Hope this could help! Duo

Hello, I tried iframe but it is not working in Siebel. "Cross-domain-origin" issue is showing. Thanks

When are you receiving this error? When you click your custom "Send" button outside the iFrame? If so and you're using JavaScript, this will not work. The code will have to run "server-side". Let me know.
