View Document without updating

I want to show template documents to our reviewers but they can’t update the fields. I knew that to use designer mode, packages have to be in draft folder, but I want to disable editing for users. Can anyone suggest me how to achieve this? Thanks. Khatri

Hey Khatri, Yes, if you want to let your user review the templates, you can embed documents into Designer view and minimize their capabilities to modify the existing template. Kindly go check my blog: Designer Customization and Integration – Part 2 where shows you how to make a minimalist looking designer like below: Otherwise if you don't want to grant any modification capability to your reviewer, you have to use an HTML based document viewer or download the flattened pages and then render the fields with your custom codes.
