How to define two signers with same signing order in Web UI

I have 3 signers A, B and C. A is the sender. B and C are the other two signers. When defining the signer workflow, how can I specify B and C with same signing order 1, and then set A to signing order 2? We are using the On-Prem version 11.13.

Hi Cindy, Unfortunately, Sender UI might not support "define two signers with same signing order" by design, this will be addressed as part of the approval workflow initiative in the future, but there's not yet an ETA for that. As a workaround, you can create a template through API and create new packages from this template. You can have a quick try at your on-prem environment and see what you saw from the sender UI and whether the flow is acceptable for you. (Showing same signer index seems stop working since 11.27 SaaS version, but since you are using 11.13 version, the index in sender UI should be displayed properly) Duo
