There is no Notary with a signature assigned to this package.

Hello, I've created a notarized transaction, when I want to send the transaction (with REST API) i get this error : Code :400 message : "There is no Notary with a signature assigned to this package." messageKey : "error.validation.notarizedProcess.noNotaryInvolvedInSigning" I tried to send the transaction directly from the onespansign website and i get the same error (see attachment). How can I define a Notary ? Thanks in advance, Thomas

Hey Thomas, Have a check at this guide "Notary Signer" that I added recently. To specify a notary signer, first you need to make sure the person is registered as notary in OneSpan Sign system. (if the person's email is within your main account, you can contact our support to have a check, or if you simply want to have a test, I can email you one of my testing emails), then two attributes under package level required to be set when package creation:
{
  "notaryRoleId": "Notary",
  "notarized": true
}
Where notary role ID refers to the notary signer's role ID. Hope this could help! Duo
