How do I disable "Thank you" after eSign completion dialog box?

Hi Srini, From your description, I think you were referring to the “Thank You Dialog” which can be either disabled at package level or directly at account level. To hide/show thank you dialog per package, go check our Signing Ceremony Customization guide and find the information related to “Dialog on complete”. Or you can make this account-level setting change by sending our support team([email protected]) with your request. Hope this could help! Duo
