Hi there, Unfortunately, the timezone feature was first introduced at 11.21 SaaS version, so the closest version for on-prem deployment is the 7.2(release note) Duo

Hi there, For the current implementation, only the UI labels can be customized, whereas not the date format. You can send an Enhancement Request to our support team ([email protected]) with your business motivation to ask for this feature. Duo

Hi there, Evidence Summary will be applied with the package level timezone, see screenshot below: In order to specify default timezone for a package, you'd specify a default timezone for your package sender. The easiest way is through web portal: From new sender UI (https://your_domain/a/dashboard), click the head icon at right top corner and choose the "My Account" option, the setting is in the "Personal Information" section. I am testing in the latest SaaS environment, so please have a quick test and tell me whether it works for you. Duo

Hi there, Before timezone was implemented, all the timezone was supposed to refer to the the default server settings, so you might not able to change a single account owner without affecting all users. Duo
