Replication of the first drawn signature

Hello, I'm using your .NET SDK, version 11.20. I have read here: https://www.onespan.com/blog/onespan-sign-release-1118-enforcing-signature-capture-signature-level?_ga=2.154275704.1343324496.1576399843-896096308.1544024362 that: In OneSpan Sign, signers will only be asked to draw their signature once by default. If the transaction requires multiple signatures on the document, OneSpan Sign will automatically replicate the first drawn signature for any subsequent signatures. However, I cannot trigger such behavior with my signatures. Unfortunately I cannot copy code because your wordrpress is refusing it. I was reading about "Enforce Signature Capture" feature but it seams that it works opposite thing that I want to achieve. Can you help please? Thanks, Drasko

Hi Drasko, I see what you meant. However, if the signer is an external signer (not a sender under your account), only subsequent signatures within the SAME package that will be applied with the previous signature. And the existing signature won't cross packages. As state above, you have two approaches to work it around: (1)You can add the signer a sender under your account: creating a profile with OneSpan Sign, so the person only need to draw the signature once. (2)If you don't want to add all the signers as senders, you can retrieve the handdrawn signature yourself and second time when the same signer included in another package, you can programmatically add the handdrawn value when created the package. I have a blog: Upload Signature for your Signer that described the whole process in a REST way. Duo

Hi Drasko, Can you share one of your package ID so that I can help you check your package settings (from OneSpan Sign backoffice). Duo

Hi Duo, I'm afraid I misunderstood something. I was expecting that if I set two signatures per same signer, as in SShot1.png that it would automatically sign other signature (on SShot2.png) but I didn't catch that other signature has to be clicked as well. Thank you I'll close this ticket.
