Swapping documents from one account to another?

Guys, We've noticed on a few occasions that when you guys update your sandbox it almost always breaks our account that is tied to a Vault. Because of this it stops our workflow until the issue is resolved. Since we have more than one account, is there an easy way to transfer a package from one account to another? Do you guys have any way of doing that?

Hi Ryan, The ownership of a package can't be reassigned once the package was created, so you may have to merge the whole sender under another account. However, if the issue was system tenant wide, it won't help even if you merge an on-going package to another account, since all e-mortgage accounts are all under the same tenant. Duo
