How to change API Key for sandbox account

We need to change the API Key for our sandbox account. How can we do that?

Hi there,

 

The API Key binds to the sender, and it's not available from backoffice to change it. However, one workaround to switch API Key is: 

(1)create another sender

(2)reassign the account owner to this newly created sender, through our support team.

(3)remove the manager privilege and lock the current owner, if you no longer want the old API Key works.
