Accept TIFF upload format

Is there a reason why you can't upload TIFF file format?

Hi Lori,

 

From the technical standpoint, to support a file type required the document engine to be able to flatten the file type to PDF, and .TIFF and .TIF types are not yet supported by now. We can fill in an Enhancement Request asking for this feature, simply send your business motivation and a brief description of your requirement to [email protected] and our support agents will help you create one.
