Custom ID field
Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 11:08amWhen documents are signed via the application they are uploaded for storage, however some of the generic documents don't have a customer ID available. Is there a way for the sender to be able to apply the customers ID onto specific forms as well include the customers ID within the evidence summary.

The downloaded file name is the same as the document name shown in sender UI. So a customized name required your sender to manually rename document name in UI, or with an integrated flow. Or a similar integration has to be done when download to help you rename the files.
I've also found some Enhancement Requests existed and suggested to rename downloaded files with specified format (maybe something like documentname_yyyy_dd_mm.pdf) to avoid the similar situation. Is this something that meets your requirement?

Friday, May 29, 2020 at 03:22pmWe are looking to add a numeric custom field that the signer would have to input and would need to also appear on the evidence summary. It would always be a 9 digit numeric value only. Can this be done?
