Copy Tool Not Successful

I was running the Copy tool to copy two templates Michigan Treasury Power of Attorney and Michigan Treasury Power of Attorney with Spouse and I keep getting this error. I tried copying All templates and 37 of 41 did copy over successfully.

 Here is the error

Hello Sam,

 

From the error message, it seems in your template, there's a group signer in your template, and you don't have a group with the same ID in your new account. Considering group ID is always assigned by OneSpan Sign system, I doubt it's possible to create a new group with the same ID. So can you do a quick test that:
(1)in your template, change the group signer to a placeholder

(2)copy template

(3)in the new account, create a group

(4)in the original and the copied template, switch the recipient type back to group signer.
