Appliance 7000 Type AG7552 that you have supports only OAS, which is not a RESTful API. To have the Intelligent Adaptive Authentication REST API privileges you will need to migrate from your Appliance Platform API. To do so, you could contact your OneSpan Sale's Engineer to help you understand the migration process. Meanwhile if you have any questions please let me know.

No, it does not support the Intelligent Adaptive Authentication API, nor it's a RESTful API. The API it has is a low level one.The only way to have the desired services that's provided through the Platform API would be through migration.
