Can package expired date be configured at account level

Hi,
Is it possible to configure expired date at account level? if yes, could you please let us know how to do it?

Hi Wendy,
Day based expiry (for example, 15 days after the package creation) is only introduced at version 11.29. This can be configured at account level, which I believe is the only meaningful way to define a default expiry date.
Further more, with day-based expiry, there's another package setting "maximumRemainingDays", which is the maximum number of days that can be set for expiration. However, there's no such minimum number of expiry, so I don't think there's an easy way to prevent sender from modifying the expiry from UI's perspective.
