Resource Not Found error in e-sign frame
Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 07:15amWe are consuming onespan esign feature. From this morning we are getting resource not found error message in the esign frame.
API url:
"https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/authenticationTokens/signer/multiUse"
Console log shows the below message.
"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()"
Please help us to debug and resolve this issue.

I can reproduce the same error at my side. After checking with support team, US2 sandbox environment is under deployment right now, so it should be related.
"OneSpanSign users may be experiencing API issues due to failed deployment .We are on it." as referenced from the Trust Center.
Keep tuned on the Trust Center and I will update this thread as long as I get any further updates.
