what's the difference between email template 'email.notify.mobile' vs 'email.notify'?
As I known, email.notify is the one send to the signer for signing the document? when the 'email.notify.mobile' is triggered?

The "email.notify.mobile" will ONLY be sent when there are Mobile Capture Signatures in the document. An additional email will be sent to the signer including a link where the mobile can access and draw a hand-drawn.

1) I login sandbox account, and I don't see mobile signature capture option there (I only see 3 signature options as usual) ? is there anything I need to do so I can see this option?
2) do you know from which version the mobile signature available in eSignLive?

In BackOffice > account detail page > do you have a feature called "Mobile Capture"?
