Intermittently getting some of our senders set to 'EXTERNAL_SENDER'. What would cause this? Package TmMr3BJ4K8RXuVOKzkfRtFeSsWo= is one example. Thanks
"EXTERNAL_SENDER" typically means this signer has an OneSpan Sign account in this environment but not under package sender's account. For this specific case, signer "[email protected]" actually belongs to another account, but it shouldn't happen if you was testing with real emails.
