Friday, May 14, 2021 at 05:10amHi Manish,
Signer in OneSpan Sign must be tied to an email, there's temporary no way to provide no email or multiple email addresses. However, there are some tricks to avoid signer receives the email:
1. Use a dummy email address like [email protected]
2. If you only want to suppress the invitation email when in-person signing scenario ("settings" > "ceremony" > "inPerson" : true), you can contact support team ([email protected]) and turn on a flag "don't send email invitation when in-person"
3. Create a separate OneSpan Sign account, contact support team and turn off the "email.activate" template entirely, which suppresses all outbound invitation emails.
If a signer wants to provide a backup email in case their first choice doesn't receive the invitation, you can update the signer information as long as the person hasn't started to sign.

Mark all "roles" > "index" as 0 will remove the signing order. This is documented in this guide.
You can refer to the API Schema (expand the schema at bottom, and search by the keyword "package"), or the attached spread sheet created by me. I linked the guide name to each attribute which could facilitate your learning. (Let me know if want me to fix those links)
