Literally, How the Sender cancels a pending e-signature package?

I'm trying to refer to the guide above, but I don't know how to apply it to the screen. Also, can send a notification email to the receiver that the transaction has been canceled when it is canceled?

Just a kind reminder that the guide you referred applies to the "OneSpan Identity Verification" product (not OneSpan Sign).
In OneSpan Sign, the closest idea of cancel a transaction is to trash or delete a transaction. You can check my blog for how to do it through REST API or SDK.
For the email notification, unfortunately, both trash or delete action don't trigger email notifications. There are existing Enhancement Requests asking to adding email templates when the trash or delete event occurs, but there's temporary no ETA for the feature.
