I can confirm that you have an account with the email you provided under US2 sandbox (https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api), however, our support agent can't find any 401 error in the recent logs from your account. Could you try to log onto the UI portal (https://sandbox.esignlive.com/a/login) and do a quick check of the API Key there? If the API Key is correct, could you try to add another sender to your account, grant the person Manager permissions and try to use his/her API Key instead?

It seems I can only find your email at US2 Sandbox where the user status is Active, could you confirm this is the environment you are developing with? And do you still have access to the UI portal with this email?

I am using the correct API key.

Can you please confirm the URI we need to be using?
