Delegation Tool

We have not been successful using the Delegation tool. We get an error when testing the connection.

The account doesn't have Manager type or an Admin Role.

The account is [email protected] in SBX 2 and it does.

Thanks for the help!

Hi Sam,

Thanks for reporting this to us! I have updated the code to version 1.1.0:
https://community.onespan.com/documentation/codeshare/onespan-sign-assign-delegation-tool

Please let me know if this fixed the issue.

Hi Duo

I got passed the test connection but now I am getting this error message.

Just so you know I am [email protected]  trying to access [email protected] (test account). Both in SBX 2.

Perhaps I am not setting this up correctly

Hi Sam,

It turned out that your account has a maximum of 5 senders limitation, thus please contact our support team ([email protected]) and extend the limitation.

Hi Sam,

Could you share the input csv file once again, the one with delegate and delegatee email? (From what I saw in BackOffice yesterday, seems [email protected] is not under your account, could be either a typo or something, that's why the tool is trying to invite the email before assigning the delegation)

Hi Duo

Hi Sam,

The email under your account is [email protected], while in your csv file the "1994" part is missed.
