Laserfiche Connector - Cmpleted test transaction not dropped into the completed signed docs

- The completed test transaction didn’t get dropped into the completed signed docs either. I have to manually sync it for it to show as completed, and it’s not in the folder.
- The user would like to have unsigned contracts archived in Laserfiche and be able to pull them in for signing using the OneSpan Connector. We get the “Something Went Wrong” error if we select a document from within Laserfiche. If we choose a document from our local machine, it works.

First of all, what's the Laserfiche version and which OS LF connector did the customer installed?
For the two issues:
-The first issue sounds related to the callback server. Is the IIS server runs on the same machine as Laserfiche repository?
-For the second issue, what if you select (multiple) documents in Laserfiche > right click > More actions and choose Create OSS transaction? Can the files be recognized?

-For the second issue, what if you select (multiple) documents in Laserfiche > right click > More actions and choose Create OSS transaction? Can the files be recognized? I can’t even get to that point. When I click Add Documents->Laserfiche, I get the following error: (see attached screenshot)
