Yes, these labels are customizable, please contact support team and provide with below resources:

"oss.components.ConfirmBar.document.pendingOptionalUploads.button" : "Go to uploads"

"oss.components.ConfirmBar.document.pendingOptionalUploads.text" : "There are optional uploads pending. Go to uploads or Finish signing." (Confirm bar when documents are signed but there are still optional attachments)

"oss.components.AttachmentBottomBar.uploadsPendingByAll":"There are uploads pending. Go to next pending uploads or documents"    (Message displayed when there are uploads pending or documents requiring action)

"oss.components.AttachmentBottomBar.uploadsPendingByAllWithSigningCompleted":"There are uploads pending. Go to next pending uploads or finish"       (Message displayed when there are only uploads pending)

"oss.components.AttachmentBottomBar.uploadsPendingForSigner":"There are uploads pending. Go to next pending uploads"    (Message displayed to particular signer when he as pending uploads)

Hi Duo,

Could you help me out? I have an urgent need. I have sent multiple email requests to the support team to get this changed on our sandbox and prod account and have heard nothing back. My initial request was on 9/11, then 9/19, and yesterday. Any chance you can inquire internally as to why.  We have a pending release dependent on this change.

This was the meat of my request:

• "oss.components.ConfirmBar.document.pendingOptionalUploads.button" : "Upload attachment(s)"
• "oss.components.ConfirmBar.document.uploadsPendingByAll.button" : "Upload attachment(s)"
• "oss.components.ConfirmBar.document.uploadsPendingForSigner.button" : "Upload attachment(s)"

I am not sure I have the component names for the last two correct. My intention is updated the button for required or optional uploads to "Upload attachment(s)".
