Workflow Sends Doc to be signed

I now have a different issue.  Documents being sent out by LF WF, signers get the doc and signed.  But the flag never returned to LF as completed to finalized the WF.

The transaction never comes back to LF to change the flag to COMPLETED.

I checked in OneSpan Sign logs and can't find any callback failure error.

In the Laserfiche web client, OneSpan Sign transaction information page, is the notification list get updated in real time like the attached screenshot?

Here is the current situation.  Document sent see attached (Agreement 17.pdf), document signed (Agreement 17_signed.pdf).  Signed document do not have embedded signature.  However, if downloaded from OneSpan portal it has the embedded signature.  Please advise.

I am still having issue with OneSpan and LaserFiche workflow.  Here is the situation:  I have a LF workflow sending document to be signed.  Document sent to signer but it isn't being deposited back into LF repository.  Could you please advice on what could be the caused of this situation?
