How can I to automate the "MySelf - Sign" after configuring /MyAccount/Signature

I got a problem in the Guatemala country, because I need to get all packages signed by 2 people, buy I need to understand if is it possible to get the 2nd signer automated (the account owner)

Could some help me?

Hi Edwin,

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to OneSpan Sign!

When you configured the MyAccount > Signature, did you hand drawn the signature, or did you upload the signature image? This could result in different APIs to bulk sign for yourself. But either way, you need to be integrated and use API/SDK function to achieve this goal.

Hi D.L, I've configured the option MyAccount > Signature  directly over the configuration account platform, I hand drawn the signature 

Could you tell me specifically which API could be use to get this issue solved.

Hi Edwin,

 

If that's the case, use this API to sign:
POST /api/packages/{packageId}/documents/signed_documents

Accept: application/json   
Content-Type: application/json   
Authorization: Basic api_key  


Example Payload:
{
  "documents": [
    {
      "id": "document1"
    },

    {
      "id": "document2"
    }
  ]
}
