OneSpan Sign Connector for Laserfiche 11

0 votes

In the Laserfiche Web Access 11, when trying to create a new connection profile, I receive the error "Error - Error: [$rootScope:inprog] http://errors.angularjs.org/1.8.2/$rootScope/inprog?p0=%24digest".

In Workflow Designer, I am unable to select any Connection Profile. The list is blank.

Please assist in creating a new (second) connection profile and selecting the connection profile in Laserfiche Workflow Designer 11.

Hi Nevin,

Thanks for your post! This error sounds like a front-end Angular.js issue which related to Augular component lifecycle. Few questions before we dive deeper:
(1)Does the OSS Laserfiche connector worked before in this server or is this a new installation?

(2)Can you restart the Laserfiche Web Access Server and try again? And try a different browser to see if the issue is consistent?

(3)If the issue still persists, can you stop the server and follow the guide once again to override those installation files?

(4)Also, it's also worth an attempt to access the LF web access directly from internal IP?

We are no longer getting the Angular.js error in Laserfiche Web Client.

We can sign a document using Web Client.

We still continue to not get the list of Connection Profiles form the Request Signature workflow task.

This is the issue we have not been able to get past.

Hi Nevin,

Is your workflow installed in the same machine as web client? Why I am asking is because workflow also needs to have access to this configuration file in order to connect to database:
C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Web Access\Web Files\Config\WebAccessConfig.xml

We reinstalled the workflow component on the Workflow server (separate from Web Client).
We are able to sign. Now we are building a proof of concept simple sign process.

Hi Nevin,

If in your workflow server, there's no such configuration file under "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Web Access\Web Files\Config\WebAccessConfig.xml", can you manually create the path and add the file there to see if it resolves the issue?
