Insufficient Privileges error in Salesforce when anyone who is not Onespan sandbox owner tries to view transaction record
Monday, March 18, 2024 at 09:45amHey,
So when I use OneSpan sign as myself (connected user to onespan in Salesforce under admin tab) I have no issues. But if I have another admin who has same permissions try to view a transaction record they get the Insufficient Privileges error. Any idea why this is happening?

Thanks for your post!
Two points come on top of my mind:
(1)Can you first check if the other user has all the permissions mentioned in this guide?
(2)I imagine you are using a trial license for the connector? In this case, you may only has one active license for one user at the same time. You can switch the license to the other user and test again.

Yes the user has all of the same permissions as my user. I believe I am using a trial onespan sign sandbox so maybe that is the issue.. When you mention switch the license and try again where would I do that? In onespan or salesforce?

I meant in salesforce side, remove the user then assign the license to the other user.
