Signature position and dimensions

0 votes
Hi Silanis team- I cannot find any documentation on the unit of measure used for the Signature block position (X,Y) and dimensions (Height,Width). Is it pixels? Points? Inches? Also, if anyone knows/remembers-- we are currently using Version 4.x / hosted of the Silanis framework. Has the unit of measure changed between this and cloud-version 6.0 Enterprise? Given the same values, the Signature shows up in different places in 6.0. Thanks for any input, =maina)

It is points. The scaling factor of 1.3 is correct as well. Let me know if this helps get everything lined back out properly. :)

I believe it is points, but I will double check. As for differences between 4.x and current, I am not sure as I wasn't around in the 4.x timeframe. However, I believe there is a multiplication factor in there of 1.3 that needs to be included to get the value you're expecting. This could have come about between your versions and could be causing the difference. You might give it a try and let me know. I'll check on the multiplier to be sure it is definitely 1.3.

Michael- thanks for your help. This factor seems to work well, and we'll be using it going forward. Thanks, =maina)
