SDK version 11 issues

Hi Silanis team- me again :) We just updated to the .NET SDK to version 11.0.0. Since then we are getting the following error: Could not create an authentication token for a signer. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. HTTP POST on URI https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/signerAuthenticationTokens. Optional details: {"messageKey":"error.internal.default","technical":"Unrecognized field \"sessionFields\" (Class com.silanis.esl.api.model.auth.SignerAuthenticationToken), not marked as ignorable\n at [Source: java.io.ByteArrayInputStream@7a273704; line: 1, column: 96] (through reference chain: com.silanis.esl.api.model.auth.SignerAuthenticationToken[\"sessionFields\"])","packageId":null,"entity":null,"code":500,"message":"Unexpected Error. Our technical staff have been notified and will look into the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.","name":"Unhandled Server Error"} Exact same error happens also on the SignDocuments(...) function (ie., not calling the token service explicitly). Have you seen this before? Anything we need to change with the new SDK? (I'd look at the code, but i don't think the new version is out on Github yet) thanks, =maina)

Our current SDK version is 10.13. How were you able to get version 11?

I would suggest moving back to 10.13 as we have not officially released version 11 yet. Version 11 will be released towards the end of this month. You should get our SDK from here: http://docs.e-signlive.com/doku.php?id=esl:e-signlive_sdk . I apologize if you were mislead.

Thanks , we'll try that. We need the SignDocument() functionality for demonstration within the next week. Is this function (sign all documents for a specific signer) included in the version 10.13 you mention?

This method doesn't exist anymore in 10.13. I am not sure why it is still documented. I will look into this (if it's still possible to use that method) and get back to you when I have an answer for you.

Just to let you know that I haven't forgotten about you. I still didn't get back any feedback on that method. Were you able to use eslClient.signDocuments() in a previous version of the SDK?

I just got confirmation that the method will be available in SDK 11.0, which will be released this week. Can you let me know what's your use case for that method?

Hi Haris- thanks for confirming. Waiting with baited breath for the new SDK... :) We want to use this function to "click-once-to-sign-all-documents". All signature styles for this signer role is SignatureStyle.ACCEPTANCE.

I realize that this is an old thead, but it is the only place I see reference to the nuget package. Is the package still available and if so, what is the name of the package at this point?

The SDK is no longer available on the nuget package manager. You can download the latest SDK from here: http://docs.esignlive.com/content/c_integrator_s_guide/sdk/a_introduction/getting_started_with_sdks.htm
