Question regarding Document Signing Certificate of Completion with session purge: A customer is asking if he could purge an eSignLive session, would the Document Signing Certificate of Completion also get purged or does it maintain a separate record of that? This is for litigation purposes only;

Hey Rajiv, Would you be able to give me more information on this please. I'm not really sure what you are asking.

here’s an example: The customer has completed their eSign session and we have stored all of their signed documents in our document storage system. When we have archived their documents, we would like to delete the package from the eSignLive database so as to free up space for future transactions. When we do this, we were wondering if eSignLive saves a copy of the Document Signing Certificate of Completion or if that gets purged as well. Hope this clears things up a bit.

When a package is deleted, all records are permanently erased. eSignLive doesn't save anything.
