Granting user access

For each user you would like to give access to your contracts, you will need to make sure they have the appropriate permissions. Currently, the way to do this would be for your company's OneSpan account administrator to request to your sales contact or to OneSpan Support to grant the proper permission to the person(s) you would like to give access to. Eventually, this access will be granted by your company's OneSpan account administrator via the OneSpan Support Portal. If you wish to rescind access, simply do the opposite and the user's contract configuration in their Community Portal account will be inaccessible to them and any configured values deleted from the database.

Create a Community Portal account

For a user to access a contract via the Community Portal, they will need to have an account. Account registration can be done, here. Be sure that the user registers with their company email address that was provided in the "Granting user access" section, above.

Configure contracts in profile

With a Community Portal account and proper permissions, a user can now configure their contracts within their account profile. To do this, the user should click on "Edit Profile" and scroll down to the Contracts text area and enter their contract(s), one per line, with a label/display value, the contract ID, and the serial number, comma separated, as seen in the example below:

     Contract 1,TEST-CONTRACT-ID-1,SerialNo1
     Contract 2,TEST-CONTRACT-ID-2,SerialNo2

Once the field is filled out, click Update Profile at the bottom of the page.

Accessing contracts

With everything above done, the contract(s) will now be available via a new section in the user's profile, labeled ContractsWithin the dropdown, the user will now see the label/display values they entered in the configuration above. Select the contract you wish to manage and select the "Manage Contract" button. If the contract values were entered correctly, the user will be directed to the https://cp.onespan.com/ site to manage the appropriate contract. Once a contract has been accessed via the Community Portal, it will no longer be accessible via the https://cp.onespan.com/ login form.
