Hi,

How would I go about changing the email address associated with my OneSpan account?

Hi Patel,

 

Unfortunately senders can't change their email address. For example if you changed your working email, the suggested practice is to:

#1 recreate a new sender profile

#2 assign delegation to your previous account (so that you can still manage ongoing transactions)

#3 lock your previous account
