ESign document has 2 SIGNATURE block

Hi OneSpan Team - As per our requirement , we need to have a Signature block at the end of the document to capture the Fullname and DateTime when the document was signed. We have the applied the {{esl:Signer1:Signature}} tag at the end of the doc to capture this , but since by default Onespan provides the Signature option at the top left of the doc , we are seeing 2 SIGNATURE block which is what we dont need. Any help on this to avoid showing the signature block at the top left of the doc. Have attached screen shots for the same. Regards, Danny
