exchange two signer email address in an package is not allowed

Hi

 

I successfully create a package with two signers: Signer 1 has email address [email protected] and signer 2 has email address [email protected]. The I try to switch these two signers email by update Signer 1 email address to [email protected] and signer2 email address to [email protected]. But this update fails. Looks like this update is not allowed. My env is 11.25. Could you please confirm it?

Hi Wendy,

 

Are you updating with three calls (signer1->dummy email, signer2->signer1,signer1->signer2) or directly with two calls? If the latter, OneSpan Sign doesn't allow two signers sharing the same email in 11.25. (OneSpan Sign started to support it since version 11.36)
