You could simply change the status of the package back to draft. https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/modify-status-of-a-package/

Hi Danish, The end user has the option to either opt-out or decline a package. Both of these will make the package inactive.

Hi, Transactions creator(Agent) wants to rollback transaction from his side. If eSign is not required then agent would like to roll back send package. Is there any method in JDK for roll backing transaction ? I tried Delete method but is not fulfilling our purpose. Thanks, Danish
