I believe this can be achieved if you've enabled the Subaccount feature. By creating child accounts and assigning roles to certain senders on the basis of departments or lines of business, templates are only shared within the same sub-account. Because turning on sub-account may affect your existing integrations, you may only want to take advantage of this feature when you are ready to set up sub-accounts.
