signer can not cancel for the Confirm dialog, always Accept

when signer clicked on the 'Click to Sign" , the status changes to 'Accepted', even when he click "Cancel", it is still Accept

Hey xiaojun, This is an expected behavior because there's a two-step process in OSS e-Signature flow, and signatures won't be valid until the document was confirmed. By default, if you didn't click the cancel button of any signature, document will automatically be confirmed after all signatures are signed, whereas if any one of the signature was canceled, a confirm button would shown on the toolbar. Signers can choose to opted-out/declined at this moment. And if they confirmed the document, signing date will take the time when document was confirmed. Hope this could help! Duo
