I am having a problem with the Laserfiche Connector: I select a document in LF then click "Send with OneSpan" The document shows in the list of Documents on the Create New Transaction screen. I add the sender's email, name, and signers then click Create.

How to place a completed OneSpan Doc as an attachment of a case inside Salesforce. They are doing a one time process outside of the Salesforce Connector to meet a compliance requirement.

I am trying to connect OneSpan to LaserFiche followed instruction precisely, however, I am getting error message  Missing prerequisite please see log. Log file attached.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
