Manually add Sender to account not an option
Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 10:43amI am unable to manually add a sender to the account using the instructions found here: https://community.onespan.com/documentation/onespan-sign/guides/connector-guides/user/managing-senders
I tried to follow the directions to add the user, but the options are different from in the instructions.
I am assuming the setting for “ Sender Account Method” is not set to Manual. This is my best guess, and I could be completely wrong.
Please advise

Thanks for your post! Are we talking about the OneSpan Sign SharePoint connector? If that's the case, I did a quick test and I am able to auto-provision senders with the Automatic option (see attachment).
