I have inherited a small (and incomplete) application from a former developer at my company that uses v11.5 of the .Net SDK to manage senders for our account. Recently we used the app to delete a sender via a call to AccountService.DeleteSender().

All pkg's are marked as deleted, all are for same person (owner/sender).
We don't understand why lists seem exclusive of each other???
Seems OneSpan reporting is including pkg's not in return set from API call

When I delete a package with:
DELETE /packages/{packageId}
It returns status code 200, with no response payload.
I can call this repeatedly, and it always gives the same response, even when it is already deleted.
If DELETE fails - what response is given?

Hello,I am retracting this post. We met with OneSpan and learned a bit more about what we were asking for and so I have removed this question. I am not seeing an option to delete this forum post directly, so I simply changed it.

According to the requirements we have, if a person doesn't completes the purchase by paying but has signed the documents, if that person comes back again after certain number of days, he needs to do the whole transaction again.

Hi,
I logged in my account and tried to delete some packages, but some of them seems can't be deleted (no trash bin icon).
what's the cause for that? and how to delete it?

Is there an API endpoint that allows API clients to delete set of fields in one API call?

Hello,
I have a template which is has a 47 documents inside it. when I am creating the Package based on this template it is taking long time to generate the document package. it is taking around 47 seconds to be generated.
