Hi, I am trying to integrate the flow into a node application. I am stuck at the add documents/start session stages. I have created a template via the web UI. I am able to create a draft package via the REST API. However I don't know what to do to make a package not a draft.

Hello, I tried to make an API call to retrieve incomplete SENT packages, but the results included a COMPLETED package along with SENT packages. All COMPLETED pakcages were not returned, just one was.  Here is the call:

Hi there, I just start to use this function in our platform, and when I try to fetch all packages' info, I notice the response only contains 1 package details even the "count" value is 2. Could you pls help to check?

how to delete the package

Hi, I logged in my account and tried to delete some packages, but some of them seems can't be deleted (no trash bin icon). what's the cause for that? and how to delete it? please see my attached screenshot. thanks, Cindy

Hi, from the screenshot I attached, there are total 14 packages in the inbox, but I only see 1 package in the inbox could you explain where are other 13 packages ? thanks, Cindy
