Hi, I am trying to retrieve the signer authentication token to build the SignInUrl to be used in Iframe in our application, which we are working on.  I am trying to use the approach of creating SignerSession with Signer Authentication Tokens as per the below blogs

Hi, for InPerson signing, we manually launch signing ceremony with  GET https://sandbox.e-signlive.ca/access?sessionToken=token from Postman, I got the response as sessionId such as  {

Could I get someone to look at this package and help me understand why the signer got "Unauthorized Access: Failed to validate token"? The method that was used to generate the URL is run several times per day successfully but this one failed.

In looking at the API reference as well as playing around with the calls in Postman, while Onespan guides users to create a bearer token, often they're not using it, instead passing the API Key in basic authentication. Why is this?

Hi, We can generate package but not signing ceremony token from Safari browser. So, we see that package id is generated but we can not generate token when calling from safari browser. Can you please help for solving this issue? Thank you.

Hi Team, While calling the prod url for getting access token through Postman https://apps.esignlive.com/apitoken/clientApp/accessToken   with client id, secret and type. I am getting 403 forbidden.
