Some of our clients are asking to include arbitrary documents to the package that are not intended to be signed but are just for review. While I know this is possible, I am concerned that our http posts may get so large we bump into http timeouts.

Greetings for the day, it would be great if you could mention me the steps involved in the white-labeling process.
Also is it possible to completely white-label the UI which the signer sees after clicking on the "Go to Documents" (in the invitation mail) sent to the signer.

I have a scenario in which multiple signers can be part of same role.
Like role1 has Signer1, Signer2, and Signer3
When this role1 is linked with Document1 to sign at mentioned location, only Signer1 is getting email to do.
Id it possible that all 3 signers in role1 gets email and anyone can do the

You moved the location of the personal certificate client and didn't let your users with on-site instances of OneSpan Sign know about the change. As a result, a few of our users were unable to download it and sign documents.

Hi,
I have looked at the REST API documentation (http://docs.e-signlive.com/mc/content/c_esignlive_integrator_s_guide/rest_api/packages.htm#) but it doesn't seem to have a REST API to retrieve a package from eSignLive say based on the package id
Can you please confirm on this and suggest alternate

According to this page, field injection is for text field only. Is that still the case for Java SDK 11.0 which I'm using? We have forms that contain texts/radio buttons/drop-downs, etc.
