Hi,
I am not able to change the transaction name in Draft package in the new Sender UI. Steps I did:
1. Create New Transaction with name "transaction 1"
2. Change Transaction name to "transaction 2", pop up appears saying "The transaction has been successfully saved.

We are trying to hook up OneSpan with LaserPro and have the documentation to make the connection but no instructions on how it works once completed. I understand that LaserPro will export the docs for eSign but does that then open up in OneSpan.

On the DOCUMENT_SIGNED callback is it possible to know who has signed the document directly or in some other way indirectly?
I need the email of the person who has signed the document for our application workflow.
What can I do with the sessionUser attribute.

Hi,
My scenario is, we want to customize the emails send to signers so that the link is not sent in the email and they are just provided with instructions to login into our application to do so.

Guys,
I know this has come up before but I cannot seem to find the topic where it did.
I am sending a custom logo for use in in the layout settings, on the package object. All of my signers with the exception of the notary signers are able to see it.
