Hi, I have signed on behalf of client using Bulk Sign feature . When i retrieve evidence summary document its showing my IP in that document. Is than anyway possible to pass Client Ip since we are signing on behalf our client and get their IP in evidence summary document.

Hi, I understand additional fields can be put in the CSV for bulk send to populate custom data into a transaction by adding extra columns that map to fields in the template. Is there a limitation on the number of fields for each row in the CSV?

How can you have a clustered configuration with OneSpan Signon.  I have several servers which I like to have the eSignature service running on them, whats the best way to create a cluster configuration that can run the OneSpan solution in a distributive manner.

Team, We are getting exception saying 'Bad Request(400) : package is in invalid state' while doing client.SendPackage(package). I would like to know, in what all cases we will get this error. Thanks, SK

Hi, Please help me with the following: I am using REST API, .NET and a sandbox account. I want to download a document in PDF format. For this I can use the call: GET /packages/{packageId}/documents/{documentId}/pdf But this call requires documentId.
