Hello Support, We are using .NET sdk for designer view.  but, when user implementing designing view, every time he has to place signature on document and send e-sign email.

Guys, I am trying to find more information on this to see if this impacts us since we are using the callbacks. Can someone point me to an example of how this is being used/removed so that I can check if I will need to modify my code? Thanks!
Users being able to edit shared templates

Is it possbile to share templates between users to edit? Templates are available for all users to be selected when setting up a transaction but they not to edit the master.

Is it possible to capture data for each time a user log's in/ log's off of the Onespan Sign web portal? I know that via the Account report, you are able to capture data around when a user is created, curious if this can be extended to log each time a user log's in to the system.

When a new user is provisioned, the user status is set to PENDING.  When using SSO, the user status never changes to ENABLED because they do not get the activation email.  How do we get the status to ENABLED so that we have the ability to DISABLE the user, if needed?

Guys - I know that when a document is completely signed, your system will send out a notification that we can capture to do whatever it is we need to do with that information. Is there something similar for when a user locks their account due to too many invalid attempts?

I would like to request an enhancement that would only allow a user that is defined as either an Owner or Manager to the "Save Layout" button. We have one area that creates and manages the Layouts for the documents we are utilizing for eSign.
