Hi,
I'm integrating with the e-sign live api and have had some trouble with certain pdfs causing the signing ceremony to give me a blank page. After the package is created and a url is created the window appears blank. (Even the default-consent document won't show up).

I have placed a signing date tag the top of my document. The document essentially reads "this is effective as of {{esl:Signer1:SigningDate}}." When we open the signing ceremony this is blank and just leave a large space in between the words and is leading to confusion.

Actually it's 2 questions, sorry (don't want to create a thread for every minor Q)
1. After a signer completes signing a document, there'll be a "Thank you for for using e-Signlive" pop-up, if it's closed, the sandbox will show the completed form and a link to download it in the header.

I am attmepting to use a VisualForce page that was created as the template for the signing document. I added the text tags: {{esl:SellerSign1:Signature1,size(80,20)}}

I could see the package is still in progress even though all the signers have completed signing all the documents. We couldn't understand why it happened. Could you please help me out with this.

Hi,
My scenario is, we want to customize the emails send to signers so that the link is not sent in the email and they are just provided with instructions to login into our application to do so.
Now, my question is, after creating package we have received packageId.

I would like to only display the document to be signed inside the iframe rendered on my side.
How can I achive that?
I have tried modifying ceremony settings but still I get a lot more elements.
