Hi,
We have been using SMS Authentication for Signing Ceremony. First time when user clicks on link in email, a sms was sent. But after 2hr when user clicks on the same email link again no new code was generated and was able to use the code sent earlier.
If this normal behavior?

Hello,
I have been searching in the SDK code for a while and I am unable to find how reminders are created for a package. There are ways through other SDKs as well as the REST API and the Salesforce connector. Am I missing something ?

Hi Team,
We have SOAP/XML based implementation in place, and want to move to the REST APIs.
During the process,some module in our system would to prepare the Approval Blocks ( place holder for signatures)
and same document is handover to other module which sends this file to Silanis for E-Signing

Hi i have got the sender authentication token but how to open particular package using that sender authentication token and send it Please reply me as soon as possible??

We are using SignatureBuilder.captureFor() to ask for a handwritten signature, but after the expected user signs, not only the handwritten signature drawn shows up, but also the full name appears, it seems the full name signature comes upon anyway by default.
